The Living Room, as first seen after Katrina.  The wood floor has raised and buckled wherever not restrained by a piece of furniture.  In anticipation of the destructive force of a hurricane’s high winds, the Owners had removed all of their collections from walls, shelves, and tables.   The lines of discoloration on the drapery and sofa indicate the height of the flood waters.
