In an unusual arrangement, privately owned fully serviced apartments at The Lombardy are rented to the public as are rooms at any other hotel. The Client asked us to convert two existing apartments into two suites. Through clever planning, we succeeded in creating a third unit. All interior furnishings were selected or designed by the architect.
