A retired couple living in suburban New York bought this small one bedroom apartment so that they could attend theatrical events more frequently. The entire apartment was gut renovated, spaces reconfigured, and the kitchen and bathroom modernized. All millwork and principal pieces of furniture were designed by the architect.
