The Library, as first seen after Katrina.  This composite photo, assembled from three images, conveys the sense of destruction better than any single view.  The leg of the desk chair has split, causing it to collapse.  The water line on the desk and along the wood paneled walls is clearly evident.  The uniform brown appearance of the floor is the result of a thick layer of muck and grime deposited by the receding flood.
